Kids Chapel

We offer Kids Chapel for children ages 3 to 8. Children gather in the Parish Hall during the sermon hymn and return again at the distribution of Holy Communion. They are led in their own worship service where they sing, pray, learn the Apostles Creed, the Ten Commandments and the Lord's Prayer.

We welcome you to the online ministry of St. Matthias Anglican Church. We are a parish of the Reformed Episcopal Church that seeks to remain true to the 'Faith Once Delivered to the Saints'. As a parish of the Reformed Episcopal Church, we are a member of a founding jurisdiction of the Anglican Church in North America.     Evening Prayer with Spiritual Devotion. Followed by Pasta supper.

  • Palm Sunday, April 17 - 2pm
    Following services, we will meet at Spanish Meadows Nursing Home to enjoy an afternoon of fellowship and fun with the residents. We will help them make Easter Cards and help with an Easter Egg Hunt. All are invited for this great time.

  • Maundy Thursday, April 21 - 7pm
    Service of Holy Communion

  • Good Friday, April 22 - 7pm
    Candlelit Service of Tenebrae

  • Easter Sunday, April 24 - 10:30am
    Service Holy Communion followed by Easter Egg Hunt for the young children. There will be no Sunday School on Easter Sunday

  • Lunch with the Pastor - Friday, April 29th 11:30am
    Join Fr. Jason and other members and friends of St. Matthias for some lunch at Luby's on Mason Rd. just south of I-10.

  • Sunday, May 8th - 9am
    The men and children of the Church will prepare a Mother's Day Breakfast. All are invited to this wonderful time. Note: The breakfast will take the place of Sunday School

    • Pandamania is running wild!! VBS is coming July 25-29th.
